摘要
医院评审对护理教学管理起到了极大的促进作用 ,完善了护理教学管理制度 ,促进了继续教育工作规范化 ,提高了护理人员综合业务水平等。但也启迪护理管理者今后应注重继续教育效果 ,不断增强护士法律意识 ,提高护士健康教育水平 。
The hospital accreditation promoted the administration of nursing teaching.It perfected the administration system of nursing teaching, facilitated the standardization of continuing education, and improved the general skill level of nursing staff.At the same time,it gave us the inspiration that we should pay close attention to the outcome of continuing education,enhance nurses’ consciousness of law constantly,improve nurses’ level of health education,and emphasize the training of nurses’ ability to cope with emergency.Author’s address:Nursing Department,Peking Union Medical College Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Science,Beijing 100730,China
