摘要
目的 :探讨不同剂量 6MVX射线单次放疗对体外培养 9L脑胶质瘤细胞的影响 ,寻找对胶质瘤增生有抑制作用的较低放射剂量。方法 :对体外培养脑胶质瘤细胞以不同剂量进行放疗 ,并通过MTT法进行敏感性检测。结果 :0 5Gy剂量的单次放疗和 1 0Gy以上剂量的单次放疗对肿瘤的抑制作用有显著性差异 ;而 1 0Gy的单次放疗剂量和 2 0Gy的单次放疗剂量对肿瘤的抑制作用没有显著性差异。在 1 0~ 2 0Gy的放疗量下出现明显的平台期。结论 :为防止发生放射性脑损伤 ,在 1 0~ 2 0Gy区间内采用较低单次放疗剂量可产生相似的治疗作用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of 6 MV X ray radiotherapy on 9 L glioma cell cultured in vitro and look for lower dosage of radiotherapy to inhibit proliferation of 9 L glioma cell.Methods:Explosure of the 9 L glioma cell in vitro to different doses of 6 MV X ray was given and the sensibility to inhibition detected.Results:The inhibition of 0 5 Gy and that above 1 0 Gy to tumor were obviously different,and there was no difference between the inhibition of 1 0 Gy and that of 2 0 Gy.There was a platform between 1 0 Gy and 2 0 Gy to inhibit growth of 9 L glioma cell in vitro.Conclusion:In order to prevent the brain tissue from injury of radiation,we can use the lower dose of radiotherapy from 1 0 Gy to 2 0 Gy which may treat the 9 L glioma cell similarly.
