摘要
近年来,恐怖主义成为破坏国际社会稳定和经济建设的重要因素,也是我国法律打击的重要对象之一。"东突"恐怖主义组织问题的解决,一方面需要国际合作,另一方面落实到实际,国际反恐法规要想得到有效执行,国内的反恐怖主义法律仍占主导地位。我国目前的国际反恐立法还不能满足现实的需要,相关反恐法律法规还有待进一步调整和完善。
Recently, terrorism has become an essential factor affecting social stability and economic construction on the globe. Hence it has been one of the targets for Chinese laws to crack down. The solution to the 'East-Turkey' terror is closely related with the international cooperation. On the other hand, the domestic anti-terrorism laws and regulations play a dominant role in the implementation of the international anti-terror laws.However, Chinese current domestic anti-terrorist laws cannot meet the needs in the reality, and the laws and regulations concerned need further readjustment and perfection.
