实施康复护理训练计划对脑卒中患者运动及日常生活活动能力的作用 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨实施康复护理训练计划对脑卒中患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法100例脑卒中偏瘫患者被分为观察组、对照组。观察组在药物治疗的同时,进行正规的康复训练,对照组仅给予药物治疗,出院前进行1次评价。结果训练前两组运动功能评价差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),训练后观察组下肢运动功能ADL能力优于对照组(χ2=23.49,P<0.05;χ2=56.87,P<0.01)。结论对脑卒中患者实施整体护理康复计划,有利于其运动功能和ADL的提高。
