摘要
目的:观察急性一氧化碳中毒大鼠高压氧及常压氧治疗前后大、小脑皮质组织超微结构改变,并探讨其相互关系。方法:20只Wistar大鼠单纯随机分为4组。C组为正常对照组;一氧化碳组为一氧化碳中毒组;HBO组为一氧化碳中毒及高压氧治疗组;NBO组为一氧化碳中毒及常压氧治疗组。于一氧化碳中毒后20min及治疗后10min分别取脑皮质组织,借助H-600透射电子显微镜观察脑超微结构改变。结果:一氧化碳中毒后脑组织有明显超微结构改变。高压氧及常压氧均有减轻脑超微结构改变的作用,高压氧作用比常压氧明显。结论:高压氧与常压氧能减轻一氧化碳中毒引起的脑损伤,高氧优常压氧。
AIM:To observe the changes of cerebral cortical ultrastructure after the treat ment of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) and normalbaric oxygen(NBO) in the rats following acute carbon monoxide(CO) poisoning. METHODS:Twenty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: group C(normal control group),CO group(CO poisoning group),HBO group(CO+HBO) and NBO group(CO +NBO group).The samples of cortex were taken out respectively 20 minutes after CO poisoning and 10 minutes after treatment with HBO and NBO.Then the cerebral u ltrastructure was observed under H-600 transmission electron microscope(TEM). RESULTS:Cerebral cortical ultrastructure changed remarkably after CO poisoning .Both HBO and NBO,especially HBO,could alleviate the changes of cerebral ultrast ructure. CONCLUSION:HBO and NBO can reduce brain damages after acute carbon monoxide po isoning,and HBO is superior to NBO.
