摘要
对轴承滚子和滚针智能分选仪的系统设计技术作了介绍。硬件部分介绍了系统的结构、接口电路的设计及抗噪设计,软件部分则介绍了主程序、分选程序和分选机系统误差统计校正子程序的设计,并介绍了误差统计校正的原理与方法。分选机系统误差的校正基于对工件尺寸抽样分布的分析。在圆柱滚子分选机中的应用表明,当组距为1μm时,校正可使分选机的分组精度从原来的4μm提高至2μm以内。附图10幅,参考文献2篇。
This paper is related to system design technique of
Intelligent Sorting Instruments (LSI) of bearing rollers and needle rollers. The 'Hardware' part describes the structure of system , the design of the interface circuit and noise immunity . The 'Software' part delivers the design of main program , sorting program and statistical calibrating subprogram for Sorting Machine's (SM) systematic error , along with the principle and method of error statistical calibration . The calibration of ISM's systematic error is based on the analysis of workpart dimension's sampling distribution . The application of ISM for cylindrical rollers shows that calibration can improve ISM's grouping precision from 4 um to 2 um or less in case group separation is 1 um .
