摆头磨床加工6类轴承套圈沟道时砂轮厚度的选择

摘要 用摆头磨床加工中小型角接触球轴承圈沟道时,对砂轮厚度的选择过去一直采用经验公式计算,准确性较差,影响加工质量。应用统计学原理对砂轮厚度进行回归分析,根据最小二乘法确定回归直线方程,计算出回归系数.使角接触球轴承套圈沟道砂轮厚度尺寸的选择有了较准确的计算式。附图2幅,表3个。 When oscillating grinders were used to grind the raceways of small size angular contact ball bearings, the experimental calculating formula used to be adopteel in the option of the grinding wheel thickness. The resulted in low accuracy and influenced product quality. In this paper, the grinding wheel thickness is regressively andlyzed according to statistics. The linear regression eguation is determined by means of least square method, and the regression coefficient is calculated, thus the more accurate calculating fomula is presented to select the grinding wheel thickness for raceways of angular contact ball bearings.
