摘要
轴承套圈工作表面的磨削变质层,将导致轴承零件变形、磨损直至裂纹,已引起行业的普遍重视。用磨削状态监视仪临视套圈工作表画的磨削过程,可合理选择磨削参数,避免变质层的产生,并可检验出有变质层的加工零件。文中介绍了该仪器的结构及工作原理。附图1幅,参考文献1篇。
Grinding metamorphic layers of bearing raceways, which
result in deformation, wear and even crack of bearing elements, have drawn bearing industry's extensive atlention. If grinding state monitors are used to monitor the grinding process of raceways,grinding parameters can reasonably be determined, and metamorphic layers can be avoided, and elements which have metamorphic layers can be detected. In this paper, the structure and working principle of the monitor are introduced.
