摘要
采用内外圈合在一起的锻造方法,可以同时锻造出圆锥滚子轴承的内圈和外圈,是一种值得推广的工艺,经对该工艺分析后指出,取消预成形工步,选择合适的内圈和外圈的体积比及改进成形模结构后,后,可以提高模具寿命和锻件质量。附图5幅。
The combined forging method, which can simul taneously
forge both cup & cone for tapered roller bearings, is a valuable technique for popularization. After analysis of above process, it shows in this paper: due to cancelling the step of preforming, selecting suitable volume ratio of cone to cup and improving the structure of forming die, the die life and forging quality can be improved.
