摘要 对滚针与滚道间的接触应力进行了有限元数值分析。根据接触应力沿外圈壁厚的分布规律,按照芯部与渗碳层等寿命的概念,提出了合理的渗碳层厚度;根据沿滚针轴向接触应力的分布规律,采用虚拟加载方法对滚针外圆母线形状进行了优化,使沿滚针轴向分布的接触应力趋于平缓。附图8幅,表6个,参考文献6篇。 A numerical analysis with finite element method for contact stress between needle roller and raceway is carried out. According to the distribution law of contact stress along the wall thickness of outer ring and the conception of equivalent fatigue life both core and carburized layer, a reasonable carburized layer thickness is put forward. On the basis of the distribution law of contact stress for needle roller along axial direction, the imaginary load applying method is adopted to optimize the generating line figure of needle roller,so that the distribution of contact stress for needle roller along axial direction is tended to smooth.
