摘要
文章以我国的中小商业银行利率市场化行为作为研究对象,剖析他们面对四大国有商业银行向市场化转轨和外资银行竞争压力下的经营风险与挑战,提出我国中小商业银行应建立科学的利率风险管理体系、衡量体系与监管部门等利率市场化措施。
The operational risk and challenge of marketization of interest of small-and-medium-sized commercial bank in China is analyzed under the marketization of Four Stated-owned Commercial Banks and foreign bank's competition in the paper.Some tactics of marketization of interest of small-and-medium-sized commercial bank of formulating scientific interest risk management & measure system,and its matching department are analyzed in the paper.
