摘要
比较了炼油厂常见的制氢原料如天然气、炼厂气和轻石脑油的特点 ,介绍了直接氧化锌吸附、加氢 脱硫复合床、绝热加氢流程以及两段加氢等原料预处理流程 ,对这些流程的优缺点进行了比较 ,提出了以原料硫含量和烯烃含量为依据选择原料预处理流程的方法。
Features of common hydrogen manufacture feedstocks, such as natural gas, refinery gas and light naphtha have been compared. Pre-treat processes of direct ZnO adsorbing, hydrogenation-desulfurization combined bed, insulating hydrogenation and the two-stage hydrogenation have been expounded together with their advantages and disadvantages. Sulfur and olefin content of the feedstock is the basis for pre-treat process flow selection.
