摘要
介绍了哈尔滨石化分公司柴油加氢装置应用的临氢降凝催化剂FDW-1首次进行器外再生及再生后的工业应用情况,并与器内再生效果进行了比较。结果表明:器外再生不但避免了再生过程对设备的腐蚀问题,而且再生后催化剂的活性明显提高,为装置的长周期优质运行创造了条件。
The first off-site regeneration of FDW-1 hydrdewaxing catalyst used in hydrogenation unit of Harbin Petrochemical Company and the commercial application after the regeneration are expounded together with the comparison to in-site regeneration. The result shows that with the off-site regeneration not only equipment corrosion during the regeneration process has been avoided, the catalyst activity has been evidently increased as well. It creates a favorable condition for long term and optimum running of the unit.
