摘要
根据中国第三大岛———崇明生态环境质量及寒优湘晴、花椰菜、绿芦笋等特色农产品二大资源优势 ,运用HACCP理论 ,开展无公害标准化生产关键技术研究。一、开发应用专用配方肥技术 ,化肥用量处理区较对照区分别减少 33 0 4 %、 38 90 %、 4 1 18% ;二、开发应用生物源、植物源等无公害防治技术 ,农药用量处理区较对照区分别减少 5 4 5 %、 5 1 8%、 4 7 10 % ;三、生态 (塑料覆盖避雨栽培 )控制芦笋茎枯病技术 ,减少病害发生 72 7%~ 77 1%、病指减轻 6 0 1%~ 6 2 2 %。根据制订的无公害标准化操作规程生产的三种农产品 ,产值分别比常规生产区增加 115 9 5~ 1344 0元 /hm2 、 2 130 0~ 2 2 2 1 5元 /hm2 、 5 7174 0~ 6 32 0 2 5元 /hm2 ,示范区新增经济效益 4 32 32万元 ;产品经国家法定机构检测 ,重金属、亚硝酸盐、农药等 2
Chong ming islandis the third biggest island of China,is well known with its ecological advantages and special agricultural products,such as Hanyouxiangqing(a famous rice cultivar)?cauliflower?green asparagus and so on.HACCP theory is applied to deploy research on standardize production of environmentally harmless agricultural producls. ⅰ)Development and application of fertilizer mixture used for special purpose fertilizer used in treated area are reduced respectively 33.04%,38.90%,41.18% compared with chocked area. ⅱ)Development and application of phytogenous or biogenous control methods,pesticide used in treated area are reduced respcctively 54.5%,51.8%,47.10% compared with check. ⅲ)Ecologically management(cultivate in the green house covered with plastic to avoid rain)to control green asparagus root wilt,the occurrence of disease decreased 72.7%~77.1%.Disease index docreased 60.1%~62.2%. The three agricultural products are produced according to the national standard regulation of environmentally harmless products manual,the avetage yields of the three main agricultural products are increased respectively 1159.5~1344.0yuan/hm 2?2130.0~2221.5yuan/hm 2?57174.0~63202.5yuan/hm 2 than the untreated the treated areas increased 432.32 mollion yuan than before.The products are tested by national authorized agency,the result shows that the remain amount of in environment of about 20 environmental harmful materials(Heavy metal?nitrite?pesticide and so on)are under the standard of Environmental Harmless Food and Green Food formulated by national authority.
