摘要
本文首先分析了我国目前国有资产管理体制不完善对国民经济产生的影响 ,进一步阐述了资源性国有资产管理的现状以及应对国有资产进行价值和功能上的定位的观点 。
This article at first analyzed the negative influence on the national economy caused by faultiness of state owned assets governance system, then further expounded the situations of the state owned assets governance and put forward a point that we should give a orientation for the state owned assets in the aspects of its value and functions. At last, it made some suggestions for perfecting the governance system of the state owned natural resources.
