摘要
18年来，我院以人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折82例，其中28例获得随访，有效率为96％。笔者认为，术前皮肤牵引甚为重要，手术入路以Moore切口较好。本组全部病例术前预测的人工股骨头与病头的直径差值均小于2mm。术后均未作任何引流，但无一例发生感染。本文还就以下专题进行了较详细的讨论：（1）手术适应症；（2）术中保留好长度足够而又坚强完整的股骨距的意义；（3）常见的并发症的预防和处理。还介绍了本组所发生的1例人工股骨头向髋臼突入的并发症的补救措施和疗效。
In past 18 years , eighty two cases of fracture of femoral neck are treated with head prothesis replacement and 28 cases are followed up. Satisfactory results are obtained in 96% of cases. Skin traction before operation is important .moore sincision is a good approch. Before operation,the diameters of 82 cases of the prothesis replacement of femoral head and fractured femoral head are less than 2mm. After operation. no drainage is used and no cases is infected. Auther disscus the following questions (1)Indications of operation. (2)The significance of enough length and strong calcar femoris. (3)Prevention and management of complications. Auther discuss the treatment of a case of head prothesis replacement protrude to acetabulum.
