摘要
采取问卷调查的形式 ,对上海市药品监督管理局区县分局法制干部的基本情况、从事法制工作、接受法制培训等情况进行调查 ,对调查结果进行定量和定性分析。结果表明 ,法制干部年龄、学历等基本构成情况较好 ,但专业结构不够理想 ,对相应的法制培训有较高的需求。所以 ,应重视法制干部的队伍建设 ;因地制宜 ,举办各种形式的培训 ;帮助法制干部进一步深造。
A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the basic information,work situation and training of personnel undertaking legal affairs in sub-bureaus of Shanghai Drug Administration.The results were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively.The analysis suggested that the general situation,such as age and education background of the personnel was good,but the structure of the specialty was not ideal,and the relevant training was not enough.The authors requested to pay attention to the buildup of the team and to give various training for the advanced study of the law enforcement officials.
