摘要
本文认为,在对国有股减持的众多理论探讨中,对国有股减持及其相关概念,国有股一股独大对我国证券发展的影响以及减持国有股收入的归属权等方面存在偏颇。笔者从我国证券市场的实际出发,对上述问题进行了新的思考,提出新的观点。
The author believes that in the theoretical discussions about the reduction of the state-owned stocks, the related concepts, their influence and future ownership, there appear some one-sided opinions. According to the actual situations, the author discusses these problems and brings up some new ideas in order to help a healthy development of China's stock market.
