摘要
在流量公式基础上 ,分析了KE -Jetronic系统在两种工况下喷油量控制的基本原理。ECU根据系统中各传感器的输入信号判断发动机运行工况 ,输出相应的控制电流 ,对电液式压差调节器进行控制 ,其目的是调节燃油分配器中差压阀下腔和上腔的压力 ,继而调节控制柱塞出油口的压差 ,实现喷油量的自动控制 。
Based on the flow formula, the paper analyzes the basic principle for injection quantity which is controlled with KE-Jetronic system at two mode cycle. Based on input signal from sensors in the system, ECU distinguishes engine operating conditions, and outputs corresponding control current to control electro-hydraulic pressure actuator, in order that regulates the pressure in the lower chamber and the upper chamber of differential valves that are put in fuel distributor, which regulates the pressure difference in the outlet of the control plunger, and then controls automatically the injection quantity, the result shows that engines can reliably operate at the stable conditions and the unstable conditions.
