应用有限元方法分析活体胆囊内的胆汁流动

THE APPLICATION OF FINITE - ELEMENT METHODS FOR THE ANALYSIS OF GALLBLADDER BILE FLOW IN VIVO

摘要 用有限元方法计算了活体胆囊中胆汁的瞬态流场。采用了CT(计算机断层扫描),造影等技术获得运动的边界条件。采用了罚函数公式系统和移动三角形单元获得了轴对称胆汁流动的流场。计算结果表明,垂直于中轴的截面上存在着明显的胆汁回流,回流与出流共同形成了收缩胆囊内的轴对称涡流,这与以前的预料十分吻合。 The transient flow fields of gallgladder bile in vivo are calculated by finite element methods. Computer tomograph, ultrasound B and contrast radiography are applied to determine the moving boundary conditions, The penalty formulation and moving triangle elements have been successfully adopted and be flow fields for axisymmetric Newtonian bile flow have been obtained. The results show that there exists obvions reverse flow at the cross section (Perpendicular to Center axis) and thus forms axisymmetric vartexes inside a contracting gallbladder in vivo,Which well agree with the previous prediction.
