摘要
介绍了激光焦斑图象的二维微机分析方法与系统。根据CCD的特性建立了焦斑图象的灰度与胶片上黑密度之间的转换关系;并根据胶片的物理特性及成象系统对激光能量的衰减系数,推导出计算产生焦斑的激光能量的计算式以及胶片反差系数的计算公式。并详细地讨论了利用各种焦斑图象构成一具有完整激光能量信息的图象(即焦斑嵌套)的意义和方法。文中还对胶片本底灰雾的影响进行了讨论并给出了解决办法。
An Analyzing method for the two dimensional laser focal film speckle image is introduced, and an analysis system is presented based on the method. The relationship between the gray level and the desity on the film is established according to the characteristics of CCD camera. An estimation formula of the laser energy generating the speckles and a formula to caculate the contrast ratio of the film are also established on the basis of the laser energy decreasing ratio and the physical property of the film . This paper discussed in detail the importance, method and caculation formula to obtain an image which possess entire information of laser energy by inlaying every smaller film speckle to the biggest one . The influence of the background density of the film to the integration of the energy is also discussed and the method to eliminate the influence is presented.
