La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3复合氧化物粉末的自蔓延高温合成

摘要 采用自蔓延高温合成法合成La_(1-X)Sr_XMnO_3复合氧化物粉末,粉末颗粒分布均匀,尺寸在2—3μm之间,研究了该体系原料的最佳配比以及稀释剂和退火温度对产物颗粒的影响,同时讨论了燃烧温度和燃烧速度与体系中Mn含量之间的关系。 Self-propagation High-temperature Synthesis(SHS) was used to produce complex oxide La_(1-x) Sr_xMnO_3, the product powder has an average particle size of 1-2 μ m and a narrow particle size distribution. The best prescription of the system and the effect of thinner and heat treatment to the size of particle were studied, and, the relation of combustion temperature and velocity to the content of Mn were discussed.
