摘要
目的 :探讨用腹腔镜采取不同手术途径切除肾上腺皮质腺瘤的护理对策。方法 :手术前予以针对性的健康教育、手术前准备 ;手术后根据不同的手术途径采取不同的病情观察方法和实施相应的护理措施。结果 :17例患者未发生术后并发症 ,均治愈出院 ,平均住院天数 5天。结论 :根据疾病的特点及不同手术途径在不同时期 。
Objective: To investigate the nursing countermeasures of laparoscopic adrenalcetomy from different operational route.Methods: the health education before operation and well operational preparation were performed to the patients with adrenocortial adenoma.Results: No post operation complications occurred in all 17 cases all the paitents got recovered. The average time in hospital was 2 day. Conclusions: There should be some different observation focus and different nursing care to insure the nursing quality accrding to the disease characters and different operaitonal routes at different stages.
