摘要
将液压信号发生器概括为泄流型和节流型两大类。从流量压力特性方程出发,分析了节流型信号发生器信号产生的机理,指出了薄壁孔节流型信号发生器的分析计算依据和设计计算要点,并针对最常用的锥阀式信号发生器,进行了实例计算。提出了信号的类型取决于阀口开关的规律.控制方式是信号产生和变化的关键、采用比例伺服控制可提高信息传输量等观点。
The hydraulic signal producers in the techniques of M WD are classified into two categories. From the characteristic equation about t he hydraulic pressure and flow capacity, the signal producing mechanism of throt tling signal producer is analysed, the designing kernels are pointed out, and th e examples are calculated, aiming at the common used taper valve signal producer . Several points of views are put forward,such as the type of signals lie on th e moving rules of valves, the manners of control is the key of signal producing and varying, the amount of information transmission can be increased when the pr oportion or servo control are used.
