摘要
针对青西油田固井中存在的技术难点,就如何提高顶替效率和固井质量,通过大量的室内试验与研究,总结出了影响顶替效率的6个主要因素,其中最主要的影响因素是水泥浆在井壁上的剪应力(简称壁面剪应力),通过对该力的详细分析与研究,得出了其计算公式,并制定出了相应的技术措施。在8口井进行了现场试验应用,固井质量优质率高达75%,取得了理想的效果。
In view of technical problems of cement job in Qingxi Oilfield, focus on how to improve displacement efficiency and enhance quality of cement job, after many lab experiments, six main factors were summarized on d isplacement efficiency. Among these factors, borehole wall shear stress is the m ost important factor for borehole wall shear stress. On the basis of detail anal ysis on this force, formulas are deduced and corresponding measures are set. Its field applications in 8 wells achieves satisfied results with 75% of high cemen ting qualities.
