摘要
针对钻井机械钻速预测研究中的不足,提出用计算机仿真方法来研究冲旋钻井的机械钻速。为此,首先对冲旋钻头常用的牙齿面进行离散化后,再结合冲旋钻头的结构特点和尺寸,利用坐标变换建立了冲旋钻井钻头的真实数学模型。该模型能准确可靠地描述钻头的形状和结构,是冲旋钻井机械钻速预测的基础。
As for the prediction of the penetration rate (ROP), the empirical or semi-empirical formulae of the ROP are derived from the laborat ory or field data collected by the researchers. In the fact, the formulae includ e some coefficients difficultly to be got, which limits their uses; what's more, the penetration rate value of the formulae is not as accurate as that in the fi eld. Hence, predicting the ROP by computer simulation is put forward. The true s imulation model for hammer bits is obtained, which can describe the structures a nd shapes of hammer bits and is the base of the computer simulation.
