摘要
斜面圆弧曲线是三维定向井轨道设计的最优曲线,在相同设计条件下,设计曲率最小,设计长度最短。但采用目前的井眼轨迹控制方法不可能钻出真正的斜面圆弧形井眼。在研究斜面圆弧曲线与其所在的斜平面之间关系的基础上,提出一种新的井眼轨迹控制模式——斜平面角模式。采用该模式可以钻出斜面圆弧形井眼轨道。同时向MWD厂商建议,司钻显示屏应该有两种显示模式,一种是目前常用"装置角"模式,可以钻出恒装置角曲线的井眼;另一种"斜平面角"模式,可以钻出斜面圆弧形井眼。两种模式应该能很容易转换。
The circular arc with inclined planes is the most opt imum curve for 3D-directional wells which has the minimum curvature and the min imum path length at the same design conditions. But the circular arc with inclin ed plane can't be drilled today by using the current method of trajectory contro l. Based on study of the relationship of the circular arc and the inclined plane that it is exited,a new well path control mode was put forward named 'INCLINE D-PLANE ANGLE MODE ', which can easily drill a well trajectory of circular arc with inclined plane.It should be suggested to the MWD's manufacturers that MWD s hould have two display modes,one is 'tool-face angle mode', another is 'incl ined-plane angle mode', and two modes should be easily transformed.
