杂交水稻种子在成熟后期田间早萌及化控机理的电泳分析 被引量:3

Eletrophoretic Analysis of Pre-harvest Sprouting and its Chemical Control Mechanism During Mature Late Stage of Hybrid Rice Seeds

摘要 从电泳分析发现,在杂交水稻制种田母本经喷施“九二○”后,与对照(不喷施“九二○)相比,显著提高了水解酶和脱氢酶的活性,促进了其种子的萌发代谢,容易发生田间早萌现象。但在乳熟末期或黄熟初期喷施抗穗萌剂又明显抑制了水解酶和脱氢酶的活性,恢复到对照水平,防止了种子早萌。但应注意,不同抗穗萌剂应选择适宜的浓度和喷施时期。 The electropherogram difference among Control (no GA),GA and inhibitor treatment of hybridrice seed was found by electrophoretie analysis.The result Showed that GA treatment increases the activ-ity of hydrolase and oxido—reductase,promotes the germination metabolism,thus these seeds easily oc-cur viviparous sprouting,but those enzymes activities are obviously inhibited by sprayed inhibitor and re-cover so metabolism level as Control (NO GA),so that these inhibitors have the effect of preventing pre—harvest sprouting.however it is important to choose favourable concentration and spaying time fordifferent inhibitor.
