摘要
单向电晕场处理对种子(农作物及蔬菜种子)活力有极显著的影响,处理后的种子其活力明显提高。发芽、出苗迅速、整齐。发芽率和出苗率有显著提高(8.0~20.0%),是一种有应用价值的种子处理方法。但关于单向电晕场处理对种子耐贮性的影响,目前国内外尚未见报道。本文利用玉米、高粱、大豆等3种作物种子进行研究表明:(1)单向电晕场处理过的玉米、高粱种子在贮藏期间虫害率显著降低,其降低趋势呈一单蜂曲线,即有一最佳处理时间。玉米为2min(分钟),高粱为5min。(2)处理过的种子经过260天的贮藏后,其抗逆性较强,表明种子活力丧失较慢,耐贮性增强。玉米、高粱以5min表现最好,大豆以2min最好。(3)贮藏试验还表明,单向电晕场处理之后,处理效应保持较长时期,即具有较长的滞效期。
Three kinds of crop seeds,maize,sorghum,soybean,were used as experiment material treated in mono—directionalelectric field in this paper.It was indicated by experiment results that the storage characters of seed were improved distinctlyby the treatment in the mono—directional field.Firstly,the percentage of seeds damaged by insect was decreased effec-tively and It's variant pattern presented one peak curve.Secondly,the vigor of treated seed was stronger than Ck after itbeing stored 260 days.The treatment with the mono—directionai field is simple,covenient,economical.It is a good way for seed treatment
