摘要
目的 :探讨系统性红斑狼疮心脏病变在形态血流力学以及心功能的改变。方法 :5 6例系统性红斑狼疮患者超声心动图检查 ,随访 8个月或以上并与正常人对照分析。结果 :系统性红斑狼疮心脏病变在形态上有明显异常表现 ,心功能的改变随病情变化而变化。结论 :超声心动图是了解系统性红斑狼疮心脏病变的重要手段 ,提示病情及预后。
Objective:To investigate the change of structure,blood dynamics and ventricular function in cardiac disease of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods:56 cases of SLE were checked by echocardiography and visited at least six months,and we had normal group as a control group.Results:There were some obviously abnormal structure in cardiac disease of SLE,ventricular function changed according to the disease.Conclusion:Echocardiography is a major method to check the carcliac disease of SLE,which indicating the disease severity and prognosis.
