摘要
目的 :探讨CT导向下12 5I粒子组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤的护理体会。方法 :5 0例中晚期恶性肿瘤病人 ,均在CT引导下进行肿瘤内12 5I粒子植入术 ,对所有患者术前、术后护理进行回顾性分析。结果 :由于对所有患者术前术中及术后进行较合理的护理 ,5 0例患者均顺利完成 12 5I粒子植入 ,无任何并发症发生 ,成功率为 10 0 %。结论 :正确合理的护理是CT导向下12 5I粒子组织间植入是一种的一个重要环节。
Objective:To explore the nursing experience of 125 I seeds implants into tissue by guiding CT for malignant tumours treatmnet.Methods:50 patients were implanted 125 I seeds by guiding CT. All patients were analyzed preoperation,intraoperation and after operation. Results: All patients were succeeded in implanting 125 I seeds and no complication was found.Conclusion:Correct and reasonable nursing is very important part in implanting 125 I seeds into tissue guiding CT.
