紫外线引起氧化应激与细胞凋亡机制研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 紫外线照射皮肤细胞可产生大量活性氧自由基 ,这种氧化应激的状态在细胞凋亡的发生过程中起着极其重要的作用。文中从活性氧簇调节凋亡相关基因表达、一氧化氮对细胞凋亡的作用、活性氧簇诱导核因子 -κB表达及多聚 (ADP -核糖体 )聚合酶在凋亡过程中的作用来阐述氧化应激引起细胞凋亡的可能机制。
