摘要
目的 为口腔医生提供心理学相关知识,使之正确应对有心理疾病的口腔患者。方法 通过收集典型实例,以实例方式介绍如何处理有心理问题的口腔患者。结果 25例有心理疾病的口腔患者大部分主诉与症状不符(16/25),刺激源明显(22/25)。结论 要特别注意有心理疾病的口腔患者的主诉与症状的关系,并寻找刺激源。
Objective To provide psychological knowledge for dentists to properly cope with thepsychological disorders of dental patients. Method By collecting typical cases with the psychologicaldisorders of dental patients, to introduce how to manage it. Results The complains were not consistentwith the symptom mostly(16/25) and the stressors are significant(22/25). Conclusion The complain-symptom relationship need to be noted specially, and the stressors need to be found out clearly.
