三联疗法根除老年人幽门螺旋杆菌感染的疗效研究(附200例报告) 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨老年人幽门螺旋杆菌感染(HP)的最佳疗法。方法 收集2001年1月至2003年12月200例年龄≥60岁,经胃镜检查确诊溃疡病HP阳性病人随机分为治疗组104例,对照组96例,采用克拉霉素+阿莫西林+洛赛克的联合用药方案,对照组用甲硝唑代替该方案的克拉霉素进行治疗,并观察其疗效。结果 治疗组HP根除率86.5%(90/104),对照组66.7%(64/94),治疗组溃疡愈合率82.7%(86/104),对照组54.2%(52/96)。 结论 克拉霉素三联疗法治疗老年幽门螺旋杆菌感染疗效优于甲硝唑三联疗法。
