摘要
目的 :观察二紫赞育浓缩丸促无排卵性不孕症的机理。方法 :用二紫赞育浓缩丸浸膏混悬液给雄激素所致不孕症大鼠(ASR大鼠 )进行灌胃 ,通过对其子宫、卵巢重量和体重指数、体重变化、雌激素含量、雌激素受体含量等指标的测定和卵巢组织形态学观察。结果 :二紫赞育浓缩丸对无排卵性不孕症大鼠有明显的治疗作用。结论 :二紫赞育浓缩丸可用于治疗无排卵性不孕症。
Objective: To examine the mechanism of Erzi Zanyu Concentrated Pills in promoting ovulation. Method: This study was performed by first filling semifluid extract of Erzi Zangyu Concentrated Pills into the stomachs of sterile rats induced by leydigism, and then respectively measuring each rat's weight of uterus, ovary, body weight and its change, content of estrin and astrogen receptor; besides, observation of ovary histomorphology was also carried out. Result: This medicine was effective in the treatment of anovulatory infertility in rats. Conclusion: Erzi Zanyu Concentrated Pills can be used to cure anovulatory infertility.
