摘要
从金属材料学的角度分析了异形工件在进行线切割加工时 ,由于热处理及加工精度等因素 ,造成工件开裂变形的原因 ,并从金属工艺学出发 ,提出了设计阶段、工艺流程。
From the point of view of the metal material,the factors of craze and transfiguration are analysed when the workpiece is cutting by line-cutting tool,at the same time,make the particular preventive measures.
