摘要
从离子型切削液的作用机理 ,论述了离子型切削液的润滑原理及较好的社会效益和经济效益 ,并提出了使用方法和应注意的问题 ,离子水溶性型切削液具有优异的冷却性能、清洗性能、润滑性能。
Based on the functioning mechanism of ionic-type cutting fluid ,this paper discussed about lubricating principle of the cutting fluid , as well as its good social and economic benefits,and put forward using method and noticing problem,it possessed excellent cooling,cleaning,lubricating,antiseptic function,and vast developing prospects.
