摘要
提要报告了54例儿童桡尺骨干下1/5骨折、桡骨背向移位的病例。通过临床观察分析,根据其受伤原因、X线平片所示及开放复位直视下所见的骨折移位情况,认为这种骨折是儿童桡尺骨干双骨折中的一特殊类型。对其损伤机制、诊断与鉴别诊断进行了讨论,并提出了相应的整复手法。
Fifty-four cases of diaphysiol frocture of children's lower-1/5 radius and ulna with dorsal displacement of radius are reported in the paper, Through clinicat observation and analysis and based on injury cause, X-ray findings and frocture displacement seen during open reduction,the authors regarded this injury as a partiecular type of children's radio-ulnar diaphysial fracture. The mechanism,diagnosis and differential diagnosis or the injury are discussed, and the corresponding reduction maneuver is presented.
