常压氧治疗胎儿-胎盘循环功能降低疗效的多普勒超声心动图观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 评价常压氧在胎儿 -胎盘循环功能降低治疗中的疗效。方法 应用超声心动图观察 5 2例胎儿胎盘循环功能降低在常压氧治疗前后的变化情况并与 4 5例普通吸氧组及 4 1例未治疗组进行对照。结果  5 2例胎盘循环功能降低胎儿中 4 3例常压氧治疗后胎盘循环功能恢复正常 ,有效率 82 .7%。明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 常压氧是治疗胎儿胎盘循环功能降低安全、有效的方法。 Objective: To evaluate the efficieney of normabatic oxygen in treating the decrease of fetal-placental circulatory function(DFPCF). Mothods: Fifty-two fetuses of DFPCF were examined by echocardiography pre-post treatment by normabatic oxygen and were camparted with forty-five fetuses treament by usually oxygen and forty-one no-treating fetuses. Results:Forty-three fetuses of DFPCF were impared after treating by normabatic oxygen, the efficieney was 82.7%. It was significant higher than contrast groups ( P <0.01).Conculusion: Normabatic oxygenis is safe and efficienely way in treating DFPCF.
