摘要
PID控制具有结构简单、适用范围广、使用方便等优点,在过程控制领域中占有非常重要的地位。针对牵伸卷绕机系统因采用单片机实现单回路PID控制而存在的时间滞后问题,用普通PID控制不能达到理想的控制精度,现提出用工控机替代单片机的牵伸卷绕机系统改造方案,给出一种新型的控制算法,在原有PID控制的基础上,利用系统辨识技术及控制系统的各种历史信息,将PID控制与模糊控制相结合,从而改进了设备的控制性能,较好地解决了牵伸卷绕机系统的温度控制问题,提高了设备的自动化水平,并讨论了该控制算法进一步推广应用的可行性。
The PID controller has some advantages such as simple structure, wide application and convenient in operation. Since there is a time lag in the pull and winder system using single chip microcomputers to implement single loop PID control, the system can not have perfect precision using conventional PID controller algorithm. This paper presents a new scheme using industrial computers instead of single chip microcomputers. A new controller algorithm which takes full advantage of the history information of the control system and combines the PID controller with fuzzy control is also presented in this paper. This paper resolves the problem of temperature control in puller and winder systems and discusses the feasibility of applying the control algorithm in other control systems.
