摘要
小鼠球后注射D-半乳糖80mg/kg30天,导致胸腺、脾重的改变,机体耗氧量、皮肤羟脯氨酸及脑N_2^+,K^+-ATP酶活力下降以及心肌、肝脏脂褐素的沉积,而给以D-半乳糖的同时灌服人参根总皂甙、三七根总皂甙或三七花总皂甙或三七花部皂甙(60mg/kg)均可有显著抗虚损作用,且三种皂甙的作用强度相似。
Some aging disorders were induced by D-Galactose in mice, and the counteracteffects of ginsenosides(GS)from root of Panax ginseng CA Mey and Notoginsenosidcs(NC) from root or flower (FG) of Panax-ginseng wall were studied and compared.It Was indcated that the weight of thymus, oxygen consumption, the hydroxyprolinecontent in skin and Na^+,K^+-ATPase activity of the brain were all decreased markedlyand weight of spleen and the tissue lipofuscin content in heart and liver were alsoincreased significantly after 30-day retrohulbar inieetion of D-galaetose (80 mg/kg)to the mice, whereas these changes had not been observed when CS, NG or FG (ig,60 mg/kg) were administered simultaneously. Furthermore, The results showed thatthe counteract effects of both NC and FG are as powerful as those of GS. The Project is supported by the Natural Science Fund of China
