修船中心向中国转移

摘要 2002年,中国修船业呈现出五大明显特征:修船产值飚升、修期明显下降、效益越来越好、新坞陆续投产、开始走向规模修船。在日本、韩国由于人工成本不断上升使修船走下坡路时,中国的修船却显得极为活跃,呈现出生机勃勃的新气象。随着国民经济持续、稳定的高速发展,在前总理朱镕基关于“中国要成为世界第一造船大国”的批示鼓舞下,我国的修船业也在跃马扬鞭,努力进取,可以预言,世界修船中心向中国转移将梦想成真。 In 2002, China's ship-repair in-dustry appeared with five marked characteristics: higher ship-repair production value, shorter ship-repair duration, better economic profits, continued construction of new docks and large-scale ship repair operation. Compar-ing with the downturn of Japan and South Korea ship-repair industry due to ever-increasing labor cost, China's ship-repair industry continues booming. With the sustainable, steady and high-speed development of the na-tional economy and inspired by Pre-mier Zhu's encouraging remarks to the effect that China should develop to be the world No. 1 shipbuilding country, our ship-repair industry is also striding forward. It can be expected that the world ship-repair hub will transfer to China.
