摘要
目的 观测子宫的横断面形态及其与周围器官的相互关系。为妇科疾病的影像学诊断及临床诊断、治疗提供解剖学依据。方法 应用首例中国女性数字化可视人体数据集 ,选择从子宫底层面至子宫颈末端连续断层图像 ,测量子宫的上下径 ,子宫体左右径及前后径 ,子宫颈的长度 ,膀胱、直肠与子宫、阴道的间隔距离等数据。结果 薄层断面图像上可清晰显示出子宫及其附件的解剖结构形态以及与膀胱、直肠等相邻器官的相互毗邻关系。结论 薄层断面提供了子宫在盆腔中位置的完整、精确的数据 ,对妇产科疾病的影像学诊断、临床诊断。
Objective To observe the sectional anatomy of the uterus and its relationship with the adjacent organs so as to provide anatomic proof for imaging diagnosis and clinical treatment of gynecological diseases. Methods Consecutive sectional images from the bottom layer of the uterus to the distal end of the cervix from the dataset of first Chinese visible human female were employed. The size and the space of the uterus, the length of the cervix, and the space between the bladder and rectum and the uterus and vagina were measured accurately. Results The thin sectional images of the Chinese visible human could clearly display the anatomic structures of the uterus and the uterine adnexa and the relationship of the uterus with the ovary, uterine tube, vagina, urinary bladder, rectum, etc. Conclusion The Chinese visible human sectional dataset can provide complete and accurate data of the position of the uterus, which is important for imaging diagnosis, clinical diagnosis, and operative therapy of the female pelvis, and radiotherapy of female tumors.
