caspase在疾病与组织损伤中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 半胱氨酸天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶(cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase),简称caspase,由14个家族成员组成(caspase-1~caspase-14).这类蛋白酶与细胞凋亡形态学特征变化(如胞膜空泡形成、核膜裂解、染色质聚集和边聚及DNA断裂等)以及一些生化改变关系密切[1].而细胞凋亡在正常情况下是生理性的自我消亡过程,在胚胎的发育,生物体内环境稳态的维持以及多细胞对外来和内在伤害方面的防御均起着非常重要的作用.而凋亡过程的紊乱可能与许多疾病发生有直接或间接的关系,如肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、退行性神经病变及局部损伤等[2].
