摘要
目的研究屈光不正对P-VEP的影响,在法医临床学鉴定中的应用价值。方法选取8×8、16×16、32×32三种空间频率刺激检测40人80只眼,在不同屈光负荷下的P-VEP中P100潜伏期及波幅。结果 在同一空间频率刺激下,随着屈光负荷的增加,P100波幅降低,潜伏期延长;在同一屈光负荷下,随着刺激空间频率的增高,P100波幅降低,潜伏期延长。屈光不正明显影响P100的波幅及潜伏期,故在VEP检查前应将屈光不正眼矫正至最佳水平。结论 在法医学鉴定中,正确运用屈光不正对P-VEP的影响,可提高对被检眼视功能进行客观评定的准确率。
Objective The study was designed to investigate the effect of ametropia on P-VEP and its value in clinical forensic medicine. Methods The amplitude and latent period of P100 were determined in 80 eyes of 40 individuals under different refraction loads. Three kinds of black-white checkerboard of different spatial frequencies (8×8, 16×16, 32×32) were used. Results With stimulation of the same spatial frequencies, the amplitude of P100 decreased and latent period of P100 prolonged with increase of refraction loads. With same refraction load, the amplitude of P100 lowered and latent period of P100 prolonged with the increase of spatial frequencies. There was obvious effects of ametropia on amplitude and latent period of P100. Conclusion The eye with ametropia should be adjusted to the optimum visual acuity before the examination of VEP. In forensic practise, the accurate evaluation of visual function can be obtained by proper use of effects of ametropia on P-VEP.
