摘要
亚健康状态介于健康与疾病边缘状态 ,又称次健康状态、第3状态、灰色状态。黄文政教授认为其病理机制以心肾两虚为主 ;临床依据中医辨证治疗原则 ,对中青年、青少年及学龄儿童亚健康状态 ,分别施以不同的治法和方药。强调临床治疗要注重心肾两脏 。
The subclinic state is the edged state between health and illness,refering also as second-health state,the third state or grey state. Professor HUANG Wen-zheng considered that its pathological mechanism is mainly manifested as heart and kidney weakness.Clinically, different therapy and medicine should be given in treating subclinic state in patients of young individual,young adult and school age children respectively in accordance with syndrome diffentiation .Emphasis should be paid to both heart and kidney, attention should also be paid to the difference of age and sex.
