摘要
[目的]观察治带方治疗细菌性阴道病的临床效果。[方法]选择78例门诊收治病例,随机分成两组,治疗组:予中药内服方,1剂/d,7d为1个疗程,配合中药外洗方,1次/d,7d为1个疗程。对照组:用甲硝唑置入阴道后穹窿,1次/d,7d为1个疗程。[结果]两组痊愈率有显著性差异,治疗组明显优于对照组;两组总有效率无显著性差异;两组复发率有显著性差异,治疗组明显低于对照组。[结论]中药治疗细菌性阴道病疗效确切。
To observe the clinical effect of leucorrhea treating prescription in the bacteritic vagina disease.Seventy-eight clinical cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control grop sequentially.Treatment group were given oral Chinese medicine ,one dose a day.One course composed of 7 days.Outer washing preparation, one dose a day, for 7 days, was also irrigated simultaneously.In control group metronidazole was put on vagina posterior fornix.one time a day for 7 days. There was notable difference in recovery rate between two groups.The effect in treatment group was superior to control group distinctly.The total effective ratehad no distinct difference between two groups,but the recrudesce rate had distinct difference with obxious lower value in treatment group than control grop.[Conclusion] Treatment with chinese medicine in bacteritic vagina disease has positive curative effect,further investigation and recommendation in clinic are time well spent.
