摘要
社区教育的发展,受到文化传统、区域文化特色、生活方式演变、大众传播媒介等因素的影响;要切实加强社区教育文化环境建设,把民族精神作为文化建设的核心,加强思想道德教育和文化科学知识的普及,倡导公共精神,发挥制度文化的社会功能。
Various factors will influence the development of community education, such as cultural tradition, regional cultural features, changing of life style, mass media, etc. In order to enhance the construction of community's educational and cultural environment, we must take the national spirit as the kernel of our cultural construction, emphasize the ideological education and the propaganda of scientific and cultural knowledge, advocate public spirit, and bring the social function of the systematic culture into full play
