政治合法性即民众对领导权和执政权的认可。总结各式各样的合法性理论得出政治合法性的三个来源 :绩效、意识形态和宪政民主。随着意识形态和绩效在党执政的合法性来源中地位的不断弱化 ,新时期党应在宪政民主的构建方面寻找新的合法性来源支持。“三个代表”
Political legality means that the leadership and power are approved by common people.There are three sources for various theories of political legality:official achievements,ideology and the democracy in constitutional government.With the importance of ideology and achievements constantly weakening in the sources,the party should explore new ones for the legality in forming the democracy in constitutional government during the new period.The “Three Represents”thoughts have provided the updating explanations and instructions for reforming the legality of the governing party during the new period.
