摘要
在市场经济发展和中国加入WTO的新形势下 ,农科大学生思想呈现出一些新特点。针对这些新特点 ,应运用人格示范、激励督促、情感互动、协调弹性等新型思想政治工作艺术来做好学风思想教育。同时 ,通过抓好校风和教风建设 ,发挥课堂教学、网络工具、学风教育月、奖惩制度、社团活动等教育功能 ,构建学风思想政治工作体系 ,促进学风建设。
Under the new situation of developing market economy and entering WTO, some new characteristics in agricultural college students' thoughts have been showed out. Aiming at these characteristics, thoughts education of study style can be done better by using some new working arts,such as demonstration of personality, encouragement, communication of sensibility and flexibility of harmony. Mean while, by doing well construction of common teaching, internet, month of education, system of encouragement and punishment and league campaign, etc. to construct the working system of study style and promote its construction.
